Purpose and operating principle:

Frequency measurement and display, with control outputs.
Used in automated systems for monitoring and measuring alternating current or voltage, pulse frequency and rotational speed.
Control signals on two independent channels.
Additional control input.

Control input versions: — AC voltage applied; — voltage pulses applied; — external contacts closed.
An adjustable multiplier lets the measured frequency be shown in the required unit and scale.
Outputs — isolated changeover contacts on each channel.
An additional digital input widens the use of the frequency meter in automation and monitoring systems.
Parameters programmed with the front-panel buttons.
Password protection against reprogramming.
The measured value is shown on a three- or four-digit display.
Communication with the supervisory level over RS485 using Modbus (optional).
Powered from a DC or AC supply.
Galvanic isolation between the supply input, the control inputs and the output contacts.
