Automatic transfer switch controller for an ATS with two inputs and one load

БУАВР1 controls automatic transfer from the main supply to the standby supply and back on unacceptable phase-voltage deviation, phase asymmetry or imbalance, changed phase sequence, or loss of one or more phases in either the main or the standby network.
БУАВР1 can be used in supply networks as part of:
- automatic transfer switching (ATS);
- emergency transfer switching.
БУАВР1 monitors the state of the inputs, controls contactors and motor-driven circuit breakers, and shows input and output states.

БУАВР1 is built to climatic version У, siting category 2 (ГОСТ 15150-69) and operates at −25 °C to +55 °C, relative humidity up to 80 % and atmospheric pressure of 650 to 800 mmHg.
БУАВР1 is intended for use in a non-explosive atmosphere free of gases and vapours in concentrations that attack metal or insulation, and free of saturated water vapour and conductive dust.
Resistance to external mechanical factors — ГОСТ 17516.1, group М6
Permissible vibration: 1 to 35 Hz at up to 4 m/s².
БУАВР1 is powered from the monitored network whenever voltage is present on one phase of either input. When used in an ATS built on motor-driven circuit breakers, a separate control supply is recommended.
БУАВР1 connects directly to 0.4 kV networks.
Connection to networks of 6 kV and above requires step-down transformers with a 100 V secondary (the БУАВР1 version with a 100 V input).
